This time the author did a magnificent job of Cinderella breaking all the rules and norms and running away from those toxic people for good. And with the classic story, she just let them do those horrendous things because she got nowhere else to go. I used to hate the idea of Cinderella being mistreated by her stepmother and two stepsisters and she was so helpless.

The book discussed about the beauty and power of first love, women empowerment, and standing up for one’s self. This is definitely raining 5 precious stars. I enjoyed this book a lot! This is great because I have recently rated the last Twisted Tales that I have read with either 2 or 3 stars. I will never ever get tired of reading and watching this story even if with twisted and refined versions. It is also one of the childhood stories that I grew up with.
